NOVESTA is a shoe brand born from a manufacturer in Slovakia, Eastern Europe, that has been making shoes for many years. The "Sneaker MARATHON" series is based on a design used as training shoes for the Czechoslovak marathon and race-walking teams at the 1988 Seoul Olympics.
When you slip your foot in, a soft insole gently cradles it. Not only are the parts touching the instep and heel made soft, but—being originally designed as running shoes—there's also cushioned arch support at the sole. This gives it the comfortable wearability unique to sneakers, while the sleek NOVESTA silhouette adds a stylish touch.

As the name "waist bag" suggests, it can be worn not only crossbody but also around the waist as a fanny pack. The main compartment on the back is a packable type that can be turned inside out and tucked into the small pocket on the front, making it handy to bring along on trips.

WALSH is a British shoe brand that has crafted footwear for a wide range of sports, including track and field, cricket, football, and rugby.

This "Ensign" series was originally made for the British team competing in the 1981 New York Marathon. Its design that follows the shape of the foot, its slip resistance, and above all its lightness reveal its roots as a running shoe. That said, even though it was modeled on a running shoe, its beautiful coloring and stylish shape make it easy to wear as an everyday sneaker.
Since the sneakers themselves already feel sporty, I deliberately chose a calm-toned beige and burgundy colorway so the look doesn't come across as too childish.
