BASTIEN is a snowshoe and moccasin manufacturer founded by the Wendat people of Canada. For over 140 years since its founding, the company has preserved traditional techniques and culture, and continues to use the same manufacturing methods in the reservation of Wandake, Quebec. North America has a long tradition of moccasins, but there are very few manufacturers who continue to make them by hand in that region. The comfort of traditional, authentic moccasins is something special that cannot be replaced by anything else.
