At first glance, it appears to be just a post, leading you to wonder if you forgot the catch. However, the end of the post actually transforms into a back catch by changing its angle to a T-shape. The worry of losing a catch, which is a small part, while putting on or taking off earrings may have been an unnoticed source of stress. Additionally, since you might tend to tighten the catch to prevent it from falling, Baqless allows you to simply rotate the post to the T-shape and shift it inward, eliminating the need for tightness while ensuring comfort. This innovative rotating axis structure by Baqless is the world's first of its kind and has been patented in Europe, America, and Asia. Development Combining Passion and Technical Skill

Sebastien Barrière, a Frenchman, entered the jewelry industry after graduating from university and spent 20 years involved in jewelry design and production in Europe and America. Throughout this time, he repeatedly encountered the dissatisfaction women had with earring structures. "Isn't there a more comfortable option?" he discussed with colleagues and arrived at an idea, creating a prototype. This idea involved a structure where the post bends into an L-shape instead of using a catch. To bring this structure to practical use, he conducted extensive research and eventually met with RONDA, a company specializing in Swiss watch movement manufacturing. Utilizing RONDA's long-cultivated precision machinery and cutting technology, they achieved mass production of the T-shaped design. By changing the materials of the post and internal micro-balls and adjusting the sizes of each part at a microscopic level, they repeatedly prototyped and modified to create a perfect product. After a long development period, they confidently launched a product to the world. After eight years of research from conception, the world's first catchless earrings were born. Baqless started in Basel, Switzerland, at the end of 2018.
