The VIKING sneakers, arriving from Norway in Northern Europe, boast a unique combination of slip resistance and comfort, honed in a land known for its rain and snow. With over 100 years of history, they have been chosen by a diverse range of individuals, from farmers and fishermen to forestry workers and explorers. Their ease of wear and outstanding functionality have been refined over time. Known as pioneers for incorporating GORE-TEX into outdoor shoes early on, this brand carries a compelling credibility rooted in practicality.
The BOA System Hybrid Sneaker ANACONDA LOW is a versatile model suitable for everything from park walks to hiking, outings on rainy days, and nature-filled travels. Unlike regular sneakers, which may feel insecure on wet surfaces or uneven terrain, this shoe supports ease of walking with its grip, durability, and waterproof features, making it truly a multi-purpose footwear option.
Functionality befitting the name Hybrid
One eye-catching feature is the round dial positioned near the opening. It utilizes the BOA® Li2 fit system, allowing for precise adjustments to the fit with just a dial operation. Once accustomed, it becomes easier than traditional shoelaces, ensuring an even tightening. The simple action of pulling the dial up to loosen and pushing it down to tighten can be managed with one hand. This eliminates the hassle of re-tying, making preparations before heading out a bit lighter.

A pioneer in the shoe industry, walking alongside Norway's history
Founded in 1920 in Norway, VIKING is one of the oldest brands in the country. From early on, the company focused on rubber development, producing waterproof rubber products known as "galoshes." Their long history has deep ties to Norway's industrial history, having developed a wide range of rubber products, including tires for cars and bicycles, rubber flooring, hot water bottles, and school bags. By the 1930s, they had grown to become one of the largest companies in Norway.
As times changed and trends evolved, they began to leverage their extensive experience in producing various products to focus on shoe manufacturing. The ski boots developed in the 1940s gained popularity, capturing the hearts of many with their points of "warmth and comfort," "non-slip soles with excellent fit," and "soft comfort that lasts even in severe cold without lubrication."
Subsequently, VIKING boots became widespread across various industries, including the well-known "Chulox" rubber boots familiar throughout Scandinavia, hiking boots highly praised by trekking associations, and soccer shoes loved by players. In the late 1990s, when few shoe manufacturers were using GORE-TEX, they incorporated it into their hunting boots, "Krossa." Actively developing shoes for both adults and children, they have established themselves as pioneers in the footwear industry while maintaining a humble attitude and continuously innovating in their craftsmanship.

Viking was founded in Norway in 1920 by Peter Matthias Lovde. Shortly after our founding, we developed a highly waterproof rubber product called ``Galosh''. After that, we produced rubber boots and work boots in line with changing trends, and their high functionality gradually spread to the point where they were even used by farmers, fishermen, forestry workers, and explorers.100 years have passed since our founding. Even after all this time, it continues to be loved. Despite the fact that it was born and used in the harsh environment of Norway, and has produced many masterpieces over its long history of reliable functionality and durability, we have forgotten our humble attitude of not trying to make ourselves look bigger than our abilities. A Scandinavian outdoor shoe brand that continues to make products.
