This brand, created by Goldwin, a long-established sports apparel manufacturer, is based on the concept of "neutralizing the mind and body for those who want to spend 24 hours a day living an athletic lifestyle." The brand offers highly functional items made with environmentally friendly materials and manufacturing processes, based on four themes: "Move," "Work," "Sleep," and "NSkin."

In 2022, NEUTRALWORKS. merged with the company, inheriting that technology.
