This brand, developed by Goldwin, a sports apparel manufacturer with a long history, is based on the concept of "neutralizing the mind and body for those who want to spend 24 hours in a sports lifestyle." It offers highly functional items made from environmentally conscious materials and manufacturing processes, aligned with four themes: "MOVE," "WORK," "SLEEP," and "NSKIN."

The predecessor was MXP, which developed functional design wear incorporating the latest deodorization technology, and in 2022, it merged with NEUTRALWORKS., inheriting that technology. With Dr. Yoshinaga Shimizu, a professor emeritus at Osaka Prefecture University and a medical doctor, as the overall supervisor, the brand focuses on product development based on data and real experiences, ensuring high quality.
