We created this original tote bag with the aim of ensuring it doesn’t interfere with the wearer’s style or daily rhythm, while still providing a sense of quality craftsmanship when it catches your eye. The embroidery was done by the long-established embroidery shop, 000 (Triple O).

The material used is a lightweight and airy linen-cotton fabric. It features a one-handle shoulder strap for easy carrying on your shoulder, as well as a shorter handle for hand-held use, allowing for a natural switch between the two depending on your daily activities. The lightweight, non-bulky fabric makes it easy to handle, even on days when you have more items to carry, and it serves well as a sub-bag.

Over 140 years of embroidery craftsmanship in your everyday bag

The embroidery that defines the bag's character was commissioned from the long-established embroidery shop "Kasamori" in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture. The calm blue embroidery stands out beautifully against the gray fabric. The flowers depicted in jacquard embroidery are subtle yet convey a clear sense of depth and texture upon closer inspection. We prioritized a quiet presence that deepens your affection over time, rather than mere decorative flair.

Kasamori, founded in 1877 (Meiji 10), is an embroidery shop that has built its foundation on traditional Kiryu techniques. In the 1960s, they introduced jacquard embroidery machines and have handled a wide range of textile processing from traditional Japanese clothing to Western garments. Today, they are also known as the parent brand of 000 (Triple O), under the philosophy of "creating new value from scratch through the power of thread." Their embroidery, which combines the skills of seasoned artisans with the latest technology, is highly regarded even by top international fashion houses. The precision and beauty of their work embody a manufacturing ethos cultivated over many years.

The fabric is a pre-dyed cotton-linen blend, using linen for the warp and a cotton-linen mixed yarn for the weft. By carefully washing and kneading the fabric over time, we achieved a soft texture from the very beginning, enhancing its richness.
