"GOAT MESH" refers to REN's original mesh leather made from tannin-tanned goat leather, crafted using a cobblestone weaving technique. Each piece is meticulously created in a workshop in India, where artisans skilled in "weaving" leather take their time to produce these exceptional items. With durability and resistance to deformation, the leather softens and develops a rich luster and depth of color with use. The weaving requires five times the amount of leather compared to standard techniques, resulting in a weighty yet sophisticated translucence that carries a hint of retro charm. Although the weave has some transparency, the visibility of your belongings is not overly pronounced. If you're concerned, using an inner pouch or scarf for styling is also recommended.
