During this time, he repeatedly encountered women dissatisfied with earring structures. "Couldn't we make something more comfortable?" He discussed this with colleagues, eventually arriving at an idea and creating a prototype. The idea was a structure where the post bends into an L-shape instead of using a catch. To make this structure practical, he conducted extensive research and eventually encountered RONDA, a Swiss company specializing in watch movement manufacturing. Utilizing RONDA's highly precise mechanical manufacturing technology for watch movements, cultivated over many years, and their cutting machines, they achieved mass production of the T-shaped design. Through numerous prototypes and refinements—including material changes for the post and internal microball, and micrometer-level adjustments to each part—we perfected the product. After this lengthy development period, we confidently launched a product worthy of the world. Eight years after the initial concept, the world's first catch-free earring was born.
