Simple shape, gentle wearing comfort

Simple shape, clean alphabet logo. BASEBALL CAP with a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere is a unisex cap designed based on the 1880s Boston type baseball cap. When you wear it, it feels soft on your skin and gives you a wrap-around feeling. The reason is that it is sewn sewing, and that ribs are used on the inside leather part (the part of the tape that hits the forehead inside the hat). It is a Jackman-like cap that considers the invisible part that you do not know unless you actually wear it.

The high-gauge knitted fabric of cotton and nylon blends like a canvas, but since it is a sweat material, it also has appropriate stretchability. The BASEBALL CAP cap, which is tough yet comfortable to wear, gives you a feeling for the baseball that inspired the brand.

Manufacturing of simple things

Jackman is a factory brand that originated in Fukui Prefecture and inherited the soul of Tanabe Kellias founder, Mitsugu Tanabe. Despite his longing for American baseball after the war, he was a staff member of the Fukui Prefectural Office, but he pushed the opposition around him and quit his job. It was the start of a modest business with three flat knitting machines in one tatami mat.

American baseball that the founder, Mitsugu Tanabe longed for. At first, only stockings were manufactured, but after being a baseball enthusiast, Mitsui will then manufacture uniforms and gloves. At the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, it grew to provide training wear for the Japanese team. And that admiration has been passed down to today's manufacturing.

At Jackman's sewage factory, which has continued for more than 60 years since the days of Tanabe Modai Kogaku Seisakusho, in addition to modern sewing machines, there are machines such as Union special and REECE necessary for specialized sewing. I use it while repeating repairs in the room. The characteristic specifications born from Tanabe's ideas have been completed in the long history of the brand.
