First, distinguish the quality of the horn and classify it according to the application. After air-drying, it is cut and squeezed to increase the density. After cutting it again, it goes through the processes of heating, molding, and polishing, and finally it becomes a product. The symbolic technique that has been around for a long time is also used for painting on the way. The resin collected in northern Vietnam is hardened with fresh air and sunlight to make a transparent lacquer, which is then applied thinly to the product. After that, by applying soft sanding (polishing), a beautiful shade that shines is born.

Charles COUTRIS, a Frenchman who visited Vietnam, was impressed by the extraordinary skills of the craftsmen and started with his attitude toward manufacturing, craftsmanship, and the desire to spread rich natural materials.
