How to order international shipping

We, ZUTTO, ship our products to various countries using Express Mail Service (EMS) practiced by Japan Post.

Select a preferable country in the shopping procedure.

We can ship our products to the following countries. Please note that you cannot make unavailable countries as a shipping address.（As of 2018/6/26）

For international shipping, shipping fee will be charged. The shipping fee depends on the weight of the package and shipping address.

Most of the products ZUTTO introduces are able to be shipped outside of Japan.

The following items are unavailable for international shipping.

- Perfume, Spray, Jewelry that includes gemstones or silver, Knives, Oil, Electronics that a battery is attached separately
