For the waffle fabric, we chose combed yarn. Combed yarn is thread from which excess fibers remaining on the surface of the twisted yarn have been removed, resulting in less pilling. Compared to cheaper yarns, it requires more steps to complete and involves removing a larger amount of fiber, which means less yarn can be produced—making it a premium type of yarn. Fabric made with this combed yarn resists pilling even after washing, so its beautiful surface lasts longer, making it ideal for pajamas that get worn and washed again and again. Another benefit of combed yarn is the softness it brings, giving the fabric a soft, pleasant feel against the skin.

It has just the right thinness that doesn't feel see-through, giving it a light, easy-to-wear feel. The fabric stretches so well that you won't feel any tightness no matter how you sleep, making it comfortable for stretching and bending—you might even want to do your morning stretches while still wearing it.

The seams are flattened, and a flat waistband elastic is used, so it won't bunch up even when you're lying down.
