A vessel that can be used for a long time

Sustainable tableware that snuggles up to your childhood, which is only once. NUPPU is a tableware brand for children that was born from this idea. It is a brand started by Tokyo Saikai Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of Saikai Pottery Co., Ltd., which is one of the leading companies in Hasami ware in Nagasaki Prefecture. In order to play a role in connecting Hasami and the world, we are actively working on projects with overseas companies and foreign designers, and NUPPU is one of those efforts. We are teaming up with designer Maya Puoskari, who is based in Helsinki, Finland. Maya, the mother of her two children, designed tableware that is easy for both children and adults to handle through her own parenting experience based on her own child-rearing experience. The first vessel that a child touches in his life is the one that can be used for a long time. Incorporating the feelings of such a maker, each one is carefully baked by utilizing the tradition and technology of Hasami ware.
