It seems that a small amount of metal was added to the glass by hand by a craftsman to bring out the color. Companies that were manufactured by hand in the Bohemian region, such as the former East Germany, closed shortly after World War II. In an era without computers, everything was handmade. It is a rare bead with a deep and nostalgic color that is rich in expression and made by craftsman's intuition and many years of experience.
