We are also particular about the manufacturing process, and we spin the cotton into thread to bring out the uniqueness of the carefully selected cotton, and adjust the rotation speed of a mechanical part called a cam in increments of 0.1 seconds to create a unique texture. . The land reclaimed from the shallows became popular for the cultivation of cotton, which is more salty than rice, and the spinning industry developed. We have been working on school uniforms and jeans since before the war when the westernization of clothing began to progress, and after the war, through the American workwear boom and jeans boom, Kojima became a representative production area for jeans.
