The ring is crafted from a new ceramic developed using soil from Amakusa City in Kumamoto Prefecture, blended with ceramic stone and minerals. The artisans from Arita Town in Saga Prefecture meticulously finish each piece by hand.

The outer surface is left unglazed, allowing essential oils and fragrance oils to soak in and slowly release their scent. Meanwhile, the inner side that touches the skin is coated with a glass-like glaze, making it resistant to oil seeping through. This design not only minimizes direct contact with the skin but also provides a slight grip, making it easy to wear even in a slightly larger size. Additionally, the unglazed portion will gradually change in color and texture with use. The unique expressions that develop as you layer oils are different for each ring, offering a charm that only pottery can provide.
