The fabric chosen this time has been treated with a process called "Puratto Air In." This is a method that brings out the fabric's inherent character to the fullest, loosening the fabric repeatedly—from its raw, stiff state all the way through after dyeing.

Untreated fabric is naturally stiff, but by slowly kneading and loosening it, the twist in the threads is released, resulting in a relaxed fabric with the plump texture and fullness characteristic of cotton. From there, the fabric is carefully dyed in small batches, and after dyeing it is kneaded once more, giving it the naturally soft texture it has today.

The finished fabric has a gentle, fluffy touch and light weight, so even a flare skirt with generous volume never feels heavy, letting you wear it with a relaxed feel.
