Supple and soft, with a lustrous sheen: SUPER120’S wool

The fabric used this time is SUPER120’S wool. With an average fiber diameter of just 17.5μm, it's characterized by an exceptionally soft and supple touch, making it a quality wool material often used in coats and similar garments. The number following "SUPER" indicates the fineness of the fibers—the higher the number, the finer the fiber. And the finer the fiber, the smoother the fabric becomes, with more sheen and luster.

A smooth feel against the skin makes it comfortable to wear, and its refined sheen gives the fabric a luxurious quality. The high-neck collar also adds a nice touch of warmth.

"Even though it's wool, it doesn't feel prickly against bare skin. The fabric is soft and there's plenty of room in the body width, so I can wear it comfortably without feeling constricted. At my height of 163cm, the length falls about mid-hip, and the sleeves are on the longer side, covering a bit of my palms. I think the shape pairs easily with a wide range of items—from short to mid-length outerwear, and from pumps to mid-height boots for footwear."

A beautiful A-line silhouette

One of the design touches meant to make this quality wool dress easier for everyday wear is its A-line silhouette. Gussets have been added at both sides to create a shape that flares out at the hem.

Because it's made of a soft, stretchy smooth-knit material, even with generous gussets it doesn't flare out too much, striking just the right balance.
