In a world full of stress, we wanted room wear made from a material that feels soothing enough to melt away the day's fatigue. Something you'd want to reach for the moment it comes out of the wash. That's why ZUTTO decided to create this go-to room wear. To help you enjoy comfortable time at home, and to help you sleep soundly, we're introducing this very special piece.

For room wear that soothes away the day's fatigue, we chose a 100% wool material

A material excellent in functionality—gently enveloping warmth, a smooth and comfortable feel against the skin, and moisture regulation. At ZUTTO, we say it loud every year: wool is a "natural air conditioner" that performs well regardless of the season. Autumn, winter, spring—long-sleeved room wear sees plenty of use throughout these seasons, but it's precisely in the season ahead, when regulating body temperature matters most, that we wanted to choose wool. With that conviction, we selected a 100% wool fabric for this room wear.

Since our planning staff member has sensitive skin, we paid close attention to choosing a wool that wouldn't irritate the skin with itchiness or discomfort. For the material, we used a SUPER100S jersey (tenjiku) fabric with a soft, pleasantly substantial texture. Its skin-melting softness and smooth touch make it hard to stop touching.

Even though it's wool, it can be hand-washed at home. In winter, when laundry tends to dry slowly, a thin wool garment like this actually dries surprisingly quickly. It's also reassuring to be able to wear it daily without worry.

We wanted you to be able to relax fully once you put this on, so we designed it with a slightly wide neckline and a roomy body width. We pursued the perfect balance—loose enough to feel completely at ease, yet never sloppy-looking. Since the fabric is thin, we took care to keep the seams from feeling bulky, making it comfortable whether worn over an undershirt or directly against bare skin.

With its soft, supple stretch, the wearing comfort is truly effortless. Whether crouching down, reaching for something on a shelf, moving around during a big clean-up, or doing a light stretch—it moves with you. Since it doesn't pull tight at the knees or elbows, you won't feel restricted even in the long-sleeve, long-pants style. It's stress-free even when turning over in your sleep, and on a winter day off when you've decided to just stay home, you'll want to lounge around in this room wear all day long.

The colors are GREIGE and NAVY. The top and bottom can also be purchased separately, so you could start by buying just the bottoms and pairing them with a top you already own, then purchase the top later.
