Don't let sudden rain catch you off guard—bring rainwear into your everyday fashion.

Sunny in the morning, rainy by the time you head home.

During the rainy season, when the weather changes so unpredictably,

if you incorporate rainwear into your regular outfits,

you can head out without worrying about the rain.

We'd like to introduce rainwear and rain gear with designs

that are easy to wear on sunny days too.

Navy, black, and other easy-to-wear colors of

rainwear are wonderful, but

we also recommend rainwear in bright colors

that can lift your spirits on a gloomy rainy day.

Did you bring your K-WAY?

Even today in France, "K-WAY" is always

on the packing list for children's school outings.

The reason is that it's so widely recognized as rainwear

that it even appears in the dictionary as "a jacket with water-repellent treatment."

In France, it's truly synonymous with rainwear itself.

Lightweight and Fashionable

K-WAY was born in Paris in 1965.

The designer, Léon-Claude Duhamel,

saw people caught running in sudden downpours

and came up with rainwear that could handle such moments.

That was the beginning of K-WAY.

K-WAY freed France from "having to carry an umbrella" and from

the heavy, bulky dark-colored rainwear of the past,

and its rainwear, which blended colorful new designs

with cutting-edge fabric,

swept across all of France in an instant,

becoming a huge hit that sold over 250,000 units in its first year.

High Functionality

What ZUTTO carries is the Le Vrai series—

the K-WAY line most specialized for rain protection.

While an ordinary raincoat has a "water pressure resistance"—

a measure of how well the fabric keeps water from soaking through—

of around 1,000mm, K-WAY uses a water-resistant material rated

at 20,000mm, tough enough to withstand outdoor sports.

And it's not just the fabric: to keep rainwater from seeping in through the seams,

waterproof tape is applied on the inside of the stitching.

The fabric alone isn't what keeps the rain out.

A high collar around the neck and

elastic at the wrists keep rainwater from getting in

at the neck and wrists.

These features also help keep your body temperature comfortable.

It's this kind of thoughtful attention to detail, beyond just the fabric,

that may be why it's loved by people all over the world.

Colors That Make Getting Dressed Fun

Some of you might think the colors look

a bit flashy at first glance, but they're actually

a lineup of colors that work well as accents

in your everyday outfits.

Rain Jacket: Packable Raincoat Long Orange

Inner: Border Cut-and-Sew BREST ECRU/MARINE

Rain Shoes: ILSE JACOBSEN RUB91 Ankle Height BLACK

By leaving the front open or showing a bit of ankle,

you can wear it in a well-balanced way.

Rain Jacket:  UNISEX Packable Windbreaker Yellow Mustard

Yellow Mustard pairs well with brown, black,

beige, and other clothes you already own.

It's a color that brightens up your face.

Rain Jacket:  UNISEX Packable Windbreaker White

White pairs stylishly even with chic items

like a chain-strap bag.

It also works well as rainwear for days when you're dressed up.

Rain Jacket: Packable Raincoat Long RoyalMetal

Bottoms: 4-Pocket Cropped Length Linen Denim Pants

Rain Shoes: Rain Shoes Loafer

A vivid blue that pairs well with summer clothing in light blue or white.

It's a calm, beautiful color that can be worn by people of a wide range of ages.

An item with a design that at first glance doesn't even look like rain gear.

It's also resistant to stains, so you can happily use it every day without worry.

Rain Jacket: Raincoat Testrup Jacket NAVY

Shoes: Bastille Nude

This is a jacket from elka, a Danish rainwear brand.

It's a short-length design that's easy to incorporate into your outfits.

It also has features like vents, designed for a more comfortable fit.

Rain Hat: Packable Rain Hat

This is a K-WAY rain hat.

Just like the front of the jacket,

the orange and yellow lines serve as an accent.

It should come in handy for festivals and outdoor activities in the season ahead.

Backpack: Field Bag

A bag from RAINS, the Danish rainwear brand.

Waterproof material combined with a water-resistant zipper protects your important belongings from the rain.

A bag with a calm, matte finish.

Shoes:  TRAVEL SHOES Straight Tip Rain WH

Rain shoes from chausser, a brand that aims to create "shoes you can wear for 30 years with proper care."

Generally, when you think of rain shoes,

you probably imagine flat shoes made of rubber or enamel material,

but these use a uniquely developed leather material

that repels water while still letting air through.

Although they're mannish straight-tip shoes,

their sleek silhouette carries a certain feminine beauty as well.

To enjoy your rain gear for a long time,

it's important not to leave it as is when it gets dirty or wet from rain.

・Dry thoroughly after coming home

Even with water-repellent materials, parts like the hood and pockets

can retain moisture.

Not just the surface—turn the pocket and hood areas

inside out and let them dry thoroughly.

・If you're concerned about stains

For K-WAY, you can hand-wash the item

in water below 30°C. After washing, reshape it and let it dry in the shade.

The rainy season is about to begin in earnest.

Along with your favorite rain gear,

we hope you'll enjoy some rainy-day style as well.
