This year's color is "LIGHT BEIGE." A new shade has arrived in the special-order series from STANDARD SUPPLY.

This bag series features special colors made exclusively for ZUTTO through a special order with STANDARD SUPPLY, in search of shades that seemed like they should already exist but didn't. This time, we pursued a bright color that you'll want to carry even in autumn and winter. The result is a soft, gentle-colored bag that brings a sense of lightness to outfits that tend to feel heavy during the colder months.

The new color is "LIGHT BEIGE"

WALLABY

The word "beige" can cover a wide range of shades, from those closer to brown to those closer to cream. The "LIGHT BEIGE" we requested this time as ZUTTO's special-order color is one that leaves a bright, clean impression. We selected it by comparing the subtle differences between various beige tones.

A bag is an item whose color must always be considered in relation to your clothing. When wearing patterned or colorful clothes, many people tend to reach for a safe, dark color like black. But this time, we chose a shade that satisfies the condition of being "easy to match, yet with a bright feel." A pure white bag can be worrying when it comes to stains, and can also end up looking surprisingly out of place once you actually carry it. This LIGHT BEIGE, however, is a natural, undyed-looking color that blends smoothly into any outfit—a nuanced shade with just the right subtlety.

Also, while STANDARD SUPPLY bags normally use black leather parts, as with previous special orders for ZUTTO, we chose nume leather instead. The zipper backing and interior piping were also changed to white, resulting in a bag with a light, airy impression.

How does it pair with autumn and winter clothing?

Bright-colored bags are often thought of as belonging to spring and summer, but LIGHT BEIGE has a warmth that suits autumn and winter outfits just as well. It adds just the right touch of lightness to any coordination.

Six styles have joined the lineup this time.

The fabric used in this special-order series is 70% cotton and 30% nylon. The combination of vividly colored cotton and nylon gives the surface a moderate sheen, resulting in a clean, refined-looking fabric. Nylon is also resistant to friction and fraying, making the material harder to tear and more durable—so you can carry heavy items with confidence. Additionally, the fabric has a water-repellent finish that resists dirt, which was another reason we were able to choose the bright LIGHT BEIGE. It's reassuring to use even on rainy or snowy days.

A shape and capacity that works for both on and off duty—the 2WAY DRAWSTRING TOTE

This is a bag you can carry two ways—as a tote or as a shoulder bag. The opening can be cinched tightly like a drawstring pouch, and it's fun to see how the bag's shape changes depending on how tightly you draw it and what's inside. With plenty of gusset depth, it comes in handy for both work and leisure.
